Batik is Indonesian cultural heritage. Currently batik has become a worldwide trend. UNESCO has also established batik as a world heritage. For our nation Indonesia, especially the many cities that have a distinctive characteristic of batik, batik want to live in us. Batik is not only used as clothing, but also shows the use of authority.
Batik originated from Javanese language "amba", meaning to write and "titik" which means the point.
